- location is unbeatable - the upgrade is very much appreciated - staff were professional and reliable - comfortable beds - the complementary mini bar is always a plus - a wonderful experience overall - I would love to extend my appreciation to the hotels staff for their support during our stay in particular to Mr.Mario from reception , his understanding and professionalism was inspiring while checking us in he avoided a misunderstanding before it escalated
